Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for food orders after they have been delivered.
Deposits:
A deposit of 25% is required to secure catering orders. This deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancelation with less than 30 days prior notice. This may also be held back if any damages have been occurred to equipment hire.
Full Payment Terms:
Your full payment will be required 30 days before your event start date.
Equipment Hire:
Additional charges may apply for the hire of equipment such as bain marie, chaffing dishes. (£75 per service)
